Next, reboot your machine to activate the Bridge service and open your preferred browser: Chrome, Firefox, or Brave. Connect your Trezor device via USB, then head to suite.trezor.io (or any DApp that supports Bridge) and unlock your wallet with its PIN. When prompted for your passphrase, open your operating system’s emoji picker (for macOS: Control+Command+Space; for Windows: Windows+Period) and select the emojis you want—remember, the Bridge pipeline handles emojis as full Unicode code points. As you type each emoji, Bridge encapsulates it within the encrypted APDU commands sent to the device’s secure chip, where it’s hashed into your wallet’s hidden derivation path. Finally, confirm your new passphrase by reconnecting and entering the identical emoji sequence; Trezor Suite will decrypt your hidden wallet, demonstrating a successful configuration.
